We’re looking for caring, resilient, and dedicatedSupport Workersto join a specialistLearning Disabilities and Complex Careservice in Liverpool.

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe, person-centred environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs
• Encouraging independence, choice, and community participation
• Providing personal care where required
• Supporting individuals with positive behaviour support plans
• Assisting with medication and daily living activities
• Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support
• Maintaining accurate records and following individual care plans4

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex care needs is desirable
• Experience supporting individuals with autism, behaviours that challenge, or mental health needs is advantageous
• A caring, patient, and compassionate approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends where required
