Overview
In this role you deliver planned, preventative and reactive HVAC maintenance, ensuring reliable air conditioning performance for clients in Sutton. You will work within a field team to service customer sites, respond to faults and uphold high service standards. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy of records and building strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on role that supports Equans’ mission to enable low-carbon, resilient facilities. You will be on a rotating on-call schedule and have opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
- Perform planned, preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Respond to breakdowns and ensure service agreements are fulfilled professionally
- Build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
- Work safely, efficiently and maintain accurate service records
Key requirements
- Qualified through an air conditioning maintenance apprenticeship
- City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Minimum five years post-qualification experience
- Experience in HVAC maintenance, fault response and facilities management
- Familiar with CAFM systems and Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Reliable team player with strong customer service skills
- PASMA, IPAF and IET 18th Edition qualifications desirable
- Willing to work late shifts, weekends and participate in on-call rota
