Heritage Estate Leader — Isle of Wight & Hampshire

English Heritage is seeking a Regional Estate Manager for the Isle of Wight and Hampshire. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver estate services across multiple sites, including Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle, with regular travel to sites and offices.

Based in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight, this full-time, permanent role requires strong conservation, compliance and operational leadership, budget management of £1m–£2m, and experience in historic estate maintenance.
