Overview
In this role you will execute risk-based audits within the University Secretary’s Office, supporting the Audit and Risk Committee. You’ll manage multiple complex assignments, produce contextual audit reports, and implement pragmatic recommendations to strengthen risk governance. The position sits at the heart of a post-merger transformation, driving continuous improvement and assurance across the institution. You will engage cross-functional stakeholders to shape the future of the University and its services.

Responsibilities
- Plan and research audits using internal and external resources to support a risk-based audit process per the IA Audit Manual
- Manage multiple large and/or complex assignments across the University, individually or with others
- Produce concise audit reports with clearly stated opinions and context
- Develop and agree practical, proportionate recommendations to improve risk management and achieve objectives
Key requirements
- CIIA qualified or in the process of becoming qualified (ACCA considered)
