Overview
In this role you will coordinate production and supply chain activities to ensure product and packaging availability across markets. You will balance demand, capacity, and inventory while collaborating with Operations, Logistics, Sales and Quality. You will use data-driven decision making to deliver reliable production plans and manage stock and costs. You will contribute to a culture of quality, sustainability and operational excellence as part of a growing wine-focused business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and align production schedules to meet on-time delivery targets
- Manage inventory and stock levels, maintain ERP accuracy, and minimize obsolete stock
- Track supplier performance and ensure on-time in-full delivery of materials
- Coordinate logistics and freight to meet budget and service standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Sales and Quality
- Support continuous improvement and comply with policies and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
- Experience in production planning, supply chain or related role in manufacturing/ FMCG (wine industry desirable)
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
