Overview
In this role, you will manage site operations and client support to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to log, track, and fulfill print and reprographics requests, while maintaining accurate handover and stock records. You will support client fleet management and provide telephony support under contractual requirements. Responsibilities
- Log and track job requests in the appropriate system
- Record end-of-shift information in the handover log
- Escalate stock shortages to the Line Manager
- Attend and contribute to monthly meetings
- Operate all printing equipment on site
- Follow Site Services Manager instructions
- Provide telephony support to client via incident management system
- Manage client fleet on site as per contract
- Produce/manage work according to specifications and schedule (booking, reprographics, scanning, binding, stock checks, packaging, delivery)
Key requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective team leadership skills
- Good literacy and numeracy
- Good knowledge of outsourcing processes
