Overview

As an Associate at Augusta & Co, you will play a key role in transaction execution and business development within the renewable energy advisory space. You will support clients through all mandate stages while guiding junior team members in modelling, valuation, due diligence, and presentation materials. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams and contribute to client negotiations and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a collaborative, high‑growth team. You will work closely with senior clients to shape advisory outcomes and drive deal success.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior resources in drafting deal marketing documents and client materials
• Build and refine financial models and perform sector analyses for pitches and live mandates
• Coordinate due diligence activities across workstreams and advisers
• Participate in the execution process and support cross-functional coordination
• Assist in legal documentation negotiations with direct client involvement
• Support firm-wide marketing activities and client relationship building

Key requirements

• Top results from a leading university
• Passion for investment banking with a strong renewable energy focus
• Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
• Experience running transaction processes and guiding junior resources (marketing, financial model, VDR)
• Significant investment banking or consulting experience, preferably in energy
• Strong financial modelling skills (Project Finance, Corporate Finance, LBO)
• Ability to engage with senior industry counterparties and manage client relationships
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and ideally a second European language
