Children’s Residential Support Worker – Stable Rota

J&L Recruitment is seeking a Residential Support Worker for a children’s home in Waltham Abbey. This full-time permanent role offers a rota of 1 on / 2 off and a 3-week rolling pattern, with a salary of £13.50–£14.00 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in.

You will join a caring, reliable and resilient team dedicated to helping young people achieve positive outcomes. Previous experience in children’s residential care is preferred, with training and development opportunities provided.
