Weekend Waking Night Support Worker for Independence

IBC Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Waking Night Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for an adult with learning disabilities in Mansfield (NG19). This weekend role runs 30 hours across Friday to Sunday, with nights and a person-centred care approach.

You will work from an individualised plan within a PBS framework, promoting routine, independence, and genuine wellbeing in the client’s home and community. Training and career development are offered.
