Night Support Worker for Youth: Empower & Safeguard

Kisimul Group is seeking a Night Support Worker for our Children and Young People’s residential home, The Old Vicarage, Swinderby, near Lincoln. You will work a 2 week fixed rota, 19:30 to 07:30, supporting young people with complex needs and contributing to their daily care and safety.

You will join a dedicated staff team, help with practical tasks, build positive relationships, and participate in recreational events within the home and wider community.
