Night Shift Store Lead: Replenishment & Ops

Sainsbury’s is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Manager to lead an overnight team and ensure successful replenishment across the store. You will prioritise deliveries, organise stock and ensure shelves are stocked for opening. The role includes managing performance, attendance and disciplinaries while keeping colleagues safe overnight.

With a 4-night shift pattern and a £4,500 premium on top of base pay, you’ll drive operational excellence and customer readiness for the next day’s service.
