Customer Service Associate — Brand-New Store Opening

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant for a brand-new store opening in 2027. You will work on the shop floor, restock shelves, serve customers at the tills, and keep the store tidy and organized. Training will take place in nearby Lidl stores before launch day.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.45-£14.45), 25-30 hour contracts, 30-35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, and opportunities to progress into Specialist roles.
