Investment & IR Manager (Real Estate)

Overview

In this role you report to the CFO and own the corporate finance function for a high-growth property developer and investor. You will lead a small finance team, partner with operational leaders, and strengthen capital strategy, financial modeling, and investor reporting. Your work supports FP&A and development decision-making, enabling sustainable growth and effective communication with investors. Responsibilities

• Owner of group capital strategy
• Build and maintain financial model suite including development appraisals and cashflow forecasting
• Investor reporting
• Financial planning and analysis
• Lead a corporate finance team and collaborate with commercial finance and operational leaders

Key requirements
