Overview
In this permanent, full-time role, you will join a leading national law firm’s real estate team to manage a market-leading caseload across commercial property matters. You will work alongside senior lawyers on complex transactions for landed estates, developers, charities, universities, lenders and businesses. The position offers development opportunities and exposure to a broad spectrum of property work across Sussex, Hampshire and the Southeast. You will contribute to high-profile deals within a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Managing an agreed caseload in commercial property
- Working with senior lawyers on complex property matters
- Handling a broad spectrum of property transactions
- Contributing to high-value matters for a range of clients
Key requirements
- PQE 2-4
- Experience in real estate / commercial property law
- Work in a firm with diverse client base such as landed estates, developers, charities, universities
