DevOps Engineer, Blockchain Infra (Fully Remote)

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Binance, you will design and operate scalable, secure cloud platforms that power blockchain services and distributed systems. You’ll own cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and lead automation and platform engineering efforts. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-grade services with high reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Operate and optimize production Kubernetes clusters
• Manage autoscaling and node lifecycle with Karpenter
• Build IaC using Terraform
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for apps and infrastructure
• Deploy middleware like Kafka, Redis, NGINX
• Automate tasks with Golang and Python
• Improve observability via monitoring, logging, and tracing
• Ensure reliability, security, and disaster recovery
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analyses
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment processes
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response

Key requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps/Platform/SRE/Infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience
• Experience with Karpenter for autoscaling
• Terraform for IaC
• Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Middleware experience with Kafka, Redis, NGINX
• Golang or Python scripting/programming
• Git, GitOps, CI/CD
• Observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
• Docker and Kubernetes familiarity
• Strong troubleshooting skills
