Financial Analyst

Overview

In this role you will drive analytical support for ICS FP&A, shaping forecasts and P&L insights for the Account Margin vertical. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate data into actionable guidance for senior Finance leaders. You will lead analytical workstreams on high-priority transformation projects, improving forecasting accuracy and delivering strategic recommendations. This high-visibility position offers exposure to senior leaders and a chance to influence long-term planning and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams on high-priority transformation projects across Account Margin vertical (CoCMS, Card Fees, AIF/CIF)
• Produce performance analyses for Finance and leadership to identify risks and opportunities in Fee Revenue and COCMS costs
• Develop and improve forecasting models with a focus on data-driven decision making and GenAI-enabled insights
• Collaborate with ICS LFO partners to embed strategic insights into long-term analytic processes
• Own ICS Account Margin analysis and support Outlook, Annual Plan, and Long-Range planning with deep dives to understand drivers

Key requirements

• Excellent analytical skills with extensive use of big data / GenAI analytical tools and P&L analytics
• Financial analysis and modelling skills to identify trends and inform senior management decisions
• Solid understanding of P&Ls and card economics
• Strong communication and storytelling with data
• Motivated, curious, and able to work on ambiguous, complex projects
