- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance
- Uphold highest safety standards and comply with regulations
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a collaborative team culture with strong communication and accountability
Key requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience in a similar role
- Strong operational knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes
- Solid stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations understanding
- Competent IT skills including experience with WMS and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
