Overview
In this role you turn data into actionable insights to support commercial and fan experience teams. You will develop Power BI reports and dashboards, and shape data models and logic behind them. Working with Databricks and other sources, you’ll move from data prep to analysis, testing and communicating findings to stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to team standards through documentation and reusable code, helping build trust in the data across the Club. This is a chance to influence decisions that improve the fan experience and commercial outcomes at Manchester City.

Responsibilities
- Deliver analysis to answer meaningful business questions and highlight opportunities
- Build, maintain and improve Power BI reports, dashboards and self-service analytics products
- Shape datasets, data models, reporting logic and DAX measures
- Work with Databricks and other data sources for data preparation and exploration
- Gather requirements, understand business questions and communicate insights clearly
- Contribute to team standards through documentation and reusable code for report design and data quality
Key requirements
- Experience in an analytical, business intelligence or data-focused role
- Ability to turn data into clear findings, recommendations and actions
- Experience using Python, SQL, R or another relevant language
- Experience building clear, useful Power BI reports or dashboards
- Ability to gather requirements and explain insights to stakeholders
