Overview

In this field-based role, you will drive new business within a defined territory and help local business owners access Teya’s financial solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and apply our value-led approach to win and grow accounts. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, rapid learning, and building lasting relationships in a fast-scaling company. You’ll influence product feedback and represent Teya as a credible, service-oriented ambassador, making a real difference for local high streets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers in your territory through outreach, networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings
  • Meet business owners to understand needs and propose relevant Teya products
  • Learn and apply Teya’s value-led sales methodology to win new business and hit targets
  • Develop positive, long-term customer relationships to support growth and retention
  • Gain product knowledge through structured training and share field insights to improve products and customer experience
  • Represent Teya as a professional, values-led ambassador in your territory
  • Collaborate with team to ensure customer success and retention
