Overview

Join Skin Analytics to drive international growth in Europe by expanding partnerships with private insurers, hospital groups, dermatology clinics, and regulated retail. You will lead multi-stage sales from prospecting to closure, shaping our go-to-market approach across regulated markets. Your work accelerates adoption of DERM, our AI-based medical device, helping more patients access faster skin cancer diagnosis. This role offers uncapped commission and high visibility as we scale internationally and impact patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new ARR in an assigned international region by targeting opportunities aligned with company objectives
  • Maintain ICP focus and high-intent prospects to maximise sales efficiency
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline to ensure ongoing deal progression
  • Forecast revenue and implement actions to mitigate at-risk deals and accelerate high-value opportunities
  • Track and report sales data and pipeline metrics to drive improvements
  • Develop relationships with international key opinion leaders
  • Represent the company at industry events to increase visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and feedback loops to product/engineering

Key requirements

  • 5+ years selling into the international healthcare space, ideally with a tech/software product
  • Understanding of market access models in European countries or related clusters
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate customer needs into value-driven proposals
  • Experience designing compelling commercials and negotiating long-term value with customers
  • Good understanding of cultural differences and experience with multiple countries
  • Ability to pivot GTM strategy and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
