Responsibilities

  • manage infrastructure project lifecycles from initiation to close
  • oversee contract management and project controls
  • lead and develop project teams and work streams
  • coordinate planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement with senior clients
  • solve complex problems and translate them into delivery-ready solutions
  • ensure health, safety, quality and environmental management across projects

Key requirements

  • infrastructure or programme management experience across project lifecycle
  • ability to deliver against client objectives and manage contracts
  • strong leadership, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • financial management and project controls competence
  • problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities
  • planning, communication and organisational capabilities
  • experience leading project teams or work streams
  • growth mindset and adaptability
  • Degree or HND in management, construction or infrastructure-related subject
  • APM/PRINCE2/MSP project management certification
  • NEC PM Accreditation or qualification
  • familiarity with procurement and NEC contracts (beneficial)
  • experience with contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects (beneficial)
