Betting Shop Customer Service Lead Part Time

Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. In this part-time role, you will deliver top customer service, drive standards, and help customers with bets, transactions and product demonstrations.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you’ll be part of the Shop team focused on building relationships and encouraging repeat visits. Hours are 16 per week, with a Monday-Sunday pattern and an hourly rate of £13.00.
