Overview

In this role, you will provide high-quality knowledge support to the Pensions team and help shape the firm’s technical excellence. You will develop and maintain knowledge resources, deliver training, and interpret pensions legislation and regulatory updates to inform client work. You will collaborate across the PSL network and contribute to thought leadership and publications. The position offers hybrid working in Bristol and a clear path for career development within a respected pensions practice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the team’s knowledge systems and resources
  • Provide technical support on pensions law, regulation, tax and industry developments
  • Prepare and deliver internal training and learning materials
  • Support client work on automatic enrolment, public sector pensions, and pensions disputes
  • Collaborate with the cross-firm PSL network and participate in knowledge initiatives
  • Contribute to thought leadership, briefings and external publications

Key requirements

  • 6+ years PQE in pensions law
  • Experience of PSL tasks, knowledge management or technical support
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in interpreting complex legislation and regulatory developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a mature knowledge culture
