Responsibilities

• Disciplinary matters, grievances, ill health and discrimination issues
• All aspects of employment tribunal litigation
• Employment aspects of complex restructures; business acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements and corporate transactions

Key requirements

• Experience in employment law and tribunal work
• Ability to manage complex matters across advisory and transactional contexts
