Construction Delivery Manager – Nuclear New Build ASSYSTEM Bristol, England, United Kingdom

Job Description

  • Support strategic site setup and construction sequencing activities
  • Develop recovery plans and allocate resources across construction activities
  • Coordinate contractors, managers and stakeholders to maintain delivery
  • Ensure construction activities comply with CDM and project requirements
  • Monitor performance and produce concise, meaningful construction reports
  • Support efficient site operations across complex construction work packages
  • Drive results-focused delivery while maintaining quality and value
  • Build trusted relationships with contractors and wider project teams
  • Identify emerging issues and take timely corrective action
  • Collaborate across management teams to deliver construction excellence

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Construction
  • Experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, recovery planning and resource allocation
  • Understanding of commercial principles affecting construction delivery
  • Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction obligations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to produce concise, informative and meaningful reports
  • Proven ability to deliver results under significant pressure
  • Experience collaborating with managers across complex site operations
  • NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder
