Management Consultant – Finance Transformation

Overview

In this role you drive finance transformation for financial institutions, shaping operating models, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes. You collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize finance functions, leverage automation and AI-enabled workflows, and ensure responsible AI practices. You’ll work on transformational programs that enhance efficiency, compliance, and decision-making at scale, within Capco’s collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client assignments with value-added outcomes
• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process improvement, and technology implementation
• Partner with clients to optimize finance processes using RPA, AI-enabled workflows, digital technologies, and data-driven reporting
• Manage project governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring oversight where AI-assisted tools are used
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and contribute to business development and innovative approaches to finance transformation

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering finance transformation projects within financial services
• Strong understanding of finance operating models, accounting principles, and regulatory impacts
• Experience with process automation technologies and optimisation methodologies in finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage approved AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with interest in responsible AI adoption
