Java Backend Engineer – Large-Scale File & Streaming

Q1 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Java Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services. You will build large-scale file processing pipelines using Apache Flink on AWS, and deploy on Kubernetes with multi-region architectures to ensure fault tolerance and availability.

You will work in an Agile, self-managing team, leveraging AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, while contributing to REST APIs, security, and scalable patterns.
