In this Private Client role you will advise high-net-worth individuals on UK and international wealth matters, collaborating with partners to deliver integrated estate planning, tax and trust services. You’ll work across cross-border matters, charities, and business exits, contributing to the growth of a respected private client practice. Responsibilities

  • UK tax and estate planning including lifetime trusts, family investment companies and succession planning
  • Cross-border estate planning and offshore trust structuring for international clients
  • Trust and estate administration for UK and offshore trustees
  • Charity law and establishment/management of charitable entities
  • Advising business owners and entrepreneurs on tax-efficient exits and wealth structuring
  • Collaborating with immigration, corporate, private equity, and property teams to deliver integrated advice
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to practice growth

Key requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with private client experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK and international estate planning, personal tax, and trust law
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • Interest in business development and client relationship management
  • Candidates with varying levels of experience, including paralegals with relevant expertise, will be considered
