Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 engineers including appraisals
• Manage a portfolio of around five key clients and oversee project pipeline
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement across projects
• Oversee highways and transportation projects from asset management to feasibility, detailed design, and construction support

Key requirements

• Experience in the highways and transportation sector
• Experience or aptitude for leadership, people management, and client management
• Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with strong people skills
• Technical background in UK highway engineering with design (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) or asset/infrastructure management experience is valuable
• London-based work experience is a significant advantage
• Chartership preferred but not essential
• Stable career history and long-term commitment
