Overview
In this Senior Security Engineer role, you will design and implement secure systems across cloud and on‑prem environments, partnering with engineering and client teams to bake security-by-design into the SDLC. You will integrate automated security tooling and leverage approved AI workflows to boost speed and quality, while upholding human judgement and guardrails. You’ll lead security governance, standards, and threat-resilience initiatives to protect digital finance platforms. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a collaborative, entrepreneurial consulting culture.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security controls and frameworks (with AI/automation where appropriate)
- Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) and promote secure SDLC practices
- Collaborate across teams to advance secure development practices and responsible AI-enabled security workflows
- Lead vulnerability assessments, code reviews and security audits with proper human review and escalation
- Develop and evolve security standards, engineering patterns and data protection strategies
Key requirements
- Hands-on security experience with Palo Alto, Microsoft or similar security ecosystems
- Deep cloud security knowledge for AWS, Azure or GCP
- Proven expertise in secure coding, endpoint protection, SIEM and IAM
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST and OWASP; understanding of responsible AI and human-in-the-loop controls
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell or Go for automation and tool development; experience with Zero Trust Architecture
