Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Overview

In this role you will help clients strategically unlock value from real estate portfolios, using data-driven analysis and robust business cases to support investment decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams across public and private sectors to transform complex real estate challenges into growth opportunities, contributing to Turner & Townsend’s 2025 vision. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget, and shape strategic estate strategies and workplace concepts. This role offers variety across sectors and the chance to influence national-scale projects while developing your leadership and industry expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and craft tailored real estate solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and feasibility analyses to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on real estate trends and sector developments
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, on-budget solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare proposals

Key requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• Proven experience authoring strategic documents like Business Cases and Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in industries such as Defence/Local Government/Central Government/Healthcare/Education/Commercial with understanding of relevant policies
