• Handle acquisition finance, bridging and development loans
• Manage investment property transactions
• Run own matters with autonomy and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Support team growth and contribute to business development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-quality practice

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 1–3+ years’ experience in real estate or real estate finance
• Comfort handling transactions independently
