Overview
In this role you will lead cyber security deliverables across OT/IT development and digital transformation projects for a global engineering and consulting firm. You will provide strategic cyber security guidance, governance, and technical assurance to diverse clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams and government partners. You drive secure architectures, risk assessments, and tailored security requirements to meet client needs, while developing the capabilities of the team and growing WSP’s OT security offering. Responsibilities
- Advise clients on cyber security compliance (NIS-D, NIST, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443) and best practices
- Develop governance frameworks and information security management systems
- Analyze cyber security controls, review architecture proposals, and conduct threat and risk assessments
- Elicit and translate business and technical requirements into actionable security tasks
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and suppliers to define technical and procedural solutions
- Deliver cyber security services across projects and support digital resilience initiatives
- Present cyber security services to clients and define suitable support strategies for their challenges
Key requirements
- OT/IT/IoT/IIoT cyber security experience
- Industry experience in sectors such as energy, healthcare, infrastructure, aviation, maritime
- Team leadership and junior professional development experience
- Experience with government frameworks
- Proposal writing with sales teams
- Experience with telecoms, SCADA, mission critical or big data architectures
- Threat modelling, vulnerability analysis, risk matrix modelling
- Secure DevOps and secure systems engineering lifecycle
- Security policy and governance
- Cloud security including OT in the cloud
- Incident management, digital forensics, crisis management, SOC operations
- Practical knowledge of risk assessment in agile and V-model processes
- Experience authoring technical reports and working with ISA/IEC 62443 and CAF framework
- Client-facing with strong communications skills
- Degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline; chartership recommended
