Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager to join an NHS Trust on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Lincoln.
The successful candidate will lead organisational development and culture change initiatives within large-scale transformation programmes, delivering OD frameworks, interventions and leadership development.
