Overview
In this fixed-term role, you will support researchers across the university in securing external funding. You will join the Pre-Award team within RIS to review and develop grant applications, ensuring they meet university and funder requirements. Your work focuses on improving quality, navigating the funding landscape, and enabling successful grant outcomes. You will collaborate with research staff and rely on strong organisation and communication to drive impact. This is a hybrid, people-centric position at a university committed to research excellence and diversity.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to researchers on external funding applications
- Review and develop grant proposals to meet university and funder rules
- scrutinise complex documents and extract relevant information with attention to detail

Key requirements
