Responsibilities

• Lead a varied caseload focused on professional negligence and other financial disputes
• Provide strategic and commercial legal advice
• Supervise colleagues and contribute to their development
• Engage in business development activities and produce legal updates

Key requirements

• Qualifed Solicitor
• ideally 4-6 PQE (candidates outside this bracket with relevant experience encouraged)
• Expertise in professional negligence litigation
• Solid grasp of the litigation process and CPR
