Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals, financing, and development projects in healthcare and social care sectors
- Manage client relationships and grow your professional network
- Support on development projects and corporate transactions (asset/share sales, due diligence)
- Draft reports on title, certificates of title and advice notes
- Collaborate with investors, funders, developers, operators and suppliers across the sector
Key requirements
- 3–5 PQE in commercial property with healthcare or social care experience
- Experience in health or social care property transactions
- Negotiating acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold)
- Drafting reports on title/certificates of title and advice notes
- Supporting corporate transactions (asset/share sales, due diligence)
- Experience with development projects
