Manager, Analytics Consulting

Overview

In this role you lead strategic analytics engagements, turning complex client challenges into actionable recommendations. You work with cross-functional teams to frame problems, design delivery approaches, and govern projects from scoping to quality assurance. You will present executive-ready insights to senior stakeholders and help grow the analytics consulting capability. This is a people-focused, client-facing position that combines problem solving with data-driven storytelling to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined strategic advisory engagements and translate evidence into practical action plans
• Frame analytical questions and delivery approaches aligned to business outcomes
• Scope tasks, dependencies, risks, and estimate effort and resources
• Manage day-to-day delivery, client communication, governance, scope, risks, and budget
• Review approaches and outputs for quality, escalating where needed
• Conduct detailed analysis across credit risk, scorecard development, portfolio reviews, segmentation and retrospective data
• Facilitate workshops and present findings and executive-ready recommendations
• Partner with Senior Engagement Manager on complex programmes and stakeholder relationships
• Capture learnings and reusable IP to improve delivery efficiency and quality
• Coach and support analysts through project work and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• Strong experience in strategy/analytics/management consulting or data-led advisory
• Proven ability to lead analytical consulting projects and manage client engagement
• Structured problem-solving capability with hypothesis-led approaches
• Experience applying project planning, governance, scope, risk, budget and quality
• Clear, credible communication with senior stakeholders and executive-ready outputs
