Overview

As a QE AI Engineer, you will advance quality engineering across the SDLC by building reusable QE assets, accelerators, and automation frameworks. You will apply AI-enabled approaches to test generation, data preparation, defect analysis, and quality reporting, helping delivery teams embed quality earlier. You’ll work closely with engineers and product teams to deliver fit-for-purpose QE solutions and productivity tooling. This role offers the chance to shape AI-assisted QE capabilities and scale modern software delivery within a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and maintain QE solutions across the SDLC
  • Develop reusable QE assets, accelerators, and automation frameworks
  • Apply shift-left quality practices across development teams
  • Automate web, API, and non-functional testing
  • Contribute to AI-enabled QE use cases: test generation, data preparation, defect analysis, quality metrics and reporting, productivity tooling
  • Handle structured and unstructured data to support AI QE
  • Evaluate automation/AI effectiveness and propose improvements
  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and assist with delivery challenges
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and engineers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Review code, designs, and tests; mentor teammates in QE and AI practices

Key requirements

  • Software engineering or SDET/Quality Engineering background
  • Hands-on automation development experience
  • Experience across full SDLC beyond test execution
  • Proficiency in Python (must), Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
  • Web, API, and non-functional testing experience
  • CI/CD pipelines for automated tests
  • OO programming and modern engineering practices
  • Git-based source control and collaborative workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
