Overview

In this Senior Manager role, you advise corporate and private equity clients on IT-led M&A strategies across UKI, guiding pre-deal diligence, value creation, carve-outs and integrations. You lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT readiness assessments and executable plans, shaping deal outcomes and integration blueprints. The position sits within EY-Parthenon, aligning IT strategy with transaction objectives to drive tangible value. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and contribute to business origination in a fast-paced transaction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT pre-deal, value creation, post-deal, separation and integration engagements on complex M&A transactions for corporate and private equity
  • Manage cross-functional project teams across transactions and advisory practices to drive high performance within deal timelines
  • Advise senior IT stakeholders on IT strategy, planning and execution required for M&A transactions
  • Assess client IT readiness across IT organization, infrastructure, applications, data and service delivery
  • Develop client deliverables such as IT due diligence reports, separation plans, integration blueprints and executive-level presentations
  • Participate in business origination activities including pitches and client presentations
  • Contribute to practice development, people initiatives, recruiting, retention and training
