Overview
In this role you guide medical and scientific leadership for global late-stage development of respiratory and immunology medicines. You influence trial design, interpretation, and medical input for regulatory and labeling matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external experts. You drive medical monitoring and contribute to publications, regulatory documents, and strategic development plans to demonstrate value and safety. This is a global, fast-paced position offering close interaction with regulators, clinicians, and scientists to shape life-changing medicines.

Responsibilities
- Provide medical and scientific leadership across global late-stage development programs (Ph2b and beyond) in respiratory and immunology.
- Lead design, execution, and interpretation of pivotal clinical trials and studies assessing risk/benefit and value.
- Build and maintain relationships with external scientific experts and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations to ensure integrated development.
- Lead medical monitoring of trials and contribute to regulatory documents and interactions with authorities.
- Develop and review protocols, informed consent, and investigator’s brochure; support scientific publications and conference presentations.
Key requirements
- MD or MD/PhD degree
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- 3+ years of clinical research experience in academic or clinical practice
- Demonstrated partnership and cross-country collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written) with strong presentation and communication abilities
