You will run projects, engage with clients, and mentor graduates while applying your expertise in RC frame design and other materials. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural design projects from conception to execution
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and graduates
• Perform RC frame design and other materials design
• Utilize Tekla, Robot, and Tedds for modelling and analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and quality benchmarks

Key requirements

• Chartered MIStructE or MICE
• Experience running projects and client liaison
• Proficient in RC frame design and other materials
• Experience with Tekla, Robot, and Tedds
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Mentoring experience or willingness to guide graduates
