Manager – BCG Vantage, Data Centers and AI Infrastructure

Overview

In this role you drive knowledge-based client impact within BCG Vantage, focusing on data centers and AI infrastructure. You collaborate with global teams to structure and solve complex issues, and you help develop IP and go-to-market assets for technology-focused initiatives. You may lead junior teammates and guide career development as you shape proprietary tools and insights for clients. This position sits at the intersection of data centers, AI hardware, and the economics of supply chains, enabling transformative outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets and advisory insights
• Serve as a thought partner and content expert to topic/sector leaders
• Develop and maintain intellectual property and knowledge assets for data centers and AI infrastructure
• Support commercialization efforts and contribute to go-to-market strategies
• Line-manage junior colleagues, including goal setting and feedback
• Build understanding and share insights on data centers, semiconductors, AI hardware, cooling, power, and related infrastructure

Key requirements

• 3+ years consulting in data centers, semiconductors, or related hardware (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Expertise in AI hardware, supply chain/procurement, operations, or infrastructure investment
• English fluency; other languages helpful but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
