Overview

In this role you will drive contract IT recruitment across international markets from Bristol, helping to place top talent with innovative brands. You will join a rapidly growing European group and contribute to expanding a niche IT talent network. You’ll manage end-to-end contract recruitment, collaborating with cross-border teams to deliver high-quality candidates. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity with clear progression to senior leadership and a strong emphasis on performance and impact.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for contract IT roles across international markets from a base in Bristol
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract positions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet client and candidate needs
• Contribute to business growth and market expansion within Europe
• Leverage a top tech stack and data-driven sourcing methods
• Support progression toward Associate Director level

Key requirements

• Proven experience in contract recruitment
• Experience recruiting in IT markets preferred
• Ability to recruit internationally and work with European markets
• Historically successful in fast-paced, target-driven environments
