Overview

As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will optimise transportation and enhance logistics analytics to support growth, product launches, and network expansion. You will collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to drive cost reductions, service improvements, and streamlined processes. You will develop visibility into operations, analyze performance data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable business results. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to design transportation and logistics solutions for new products, growth, and sourcing changes
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance, reduce costs, shorten transit times, and simplify administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain logistics analytics that reveal performance trends and opportunities across the transportation network
  • Analyse KPIs to identify improvements, develop action plans, and support data-driven decisions
  • Lead and contribute to Six Sigma and supply chain optimisation projects for measurable business impact
  • Develop reporting capabilities that enhance supply chain visibility and performance management
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario analysis to evaluate transportation strategies and support network optimisation
  • Drive adoption of standardised transportation processes and share best practices across regions

Key requirements

  • Strong experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations with proven process-improvement ability
  • Analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data to support decisions
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
