Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end audit process and oversee the audit team
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery
- Monitor budgets and timescales for audit engagements
- Oversee audits for a varied portfolio, including not-for-profit entities
- Support junior staff and provide coaching to develop technical proficiency
Key requirements
- Qualified CA/ACCA
- Experience in audit/accounts from a UK CA firm, preferably medium-sized
- Current role as Audit Supervisor or Assistant Manager aiming to advance to Manager
- Strong technical skills in audit and financial reporting
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering to deadlines
