IC Resources is seeking a Principal VCSEL Engineer for an early-stage photonics startup developing breakthrough optical computing technology. You will take technical ownership of the semiconductor laser platform and work closely with the founding team to push next-generation VCSEL devices.
The role is hands-on and influential, with responsibilities spanning design, modelling and validation of laser structures, and shaping the technical direction of the laser platform and future team.
