Care Home General Assistant — Flexible, Training-Driven Support

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a General Assistant to join our Norwich care home. You will help with housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering to support residents with warmth and respect.

You will work as part of a friendly team, taking a can-do approach, building positive relationships with residents and colleagues, and taking pride in creating a safe, homely environment every day. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to progress.
