Chadwick Nott is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join its Cardiff office on a hybrid basis. The role combines high-level client work with leadership responsibilities across a busy Employment team.

You will manage your own caseload, mentor junior lawyers, drive strategy, and help develop the practice towards senior management and partnership. 6+ years’ PQE and strong technical skills are essential.
