Overview
In this role you will handle procurement disputes within a market-leading disputes team in a hybrid setting. You will advise on procurement challenges, support High Court litigation, and work across sectors such as infrastructure, technology, and healthcare. You will draft key legal documents and build client relationships while contributing to business development. The role combines contentious procurement with commercial litigation for a broad and varied practice, backed by strong training and clear career progression.

Responsibilities
- Advise on procurement disputes, challenges and risk management
- Assist with High Court litigation and complex dispute resolution
- Support clients across sectors including infrastructure, technology, transport, construction and healthcare
- Draft pleadings, advice notes and other key legal documents
- Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Key requirements
- Newly qualified up to 3 years’ PQE
- Experience in commercial litigation
